How bad is the water damage, If it's leaking water chances are it hasn't been redone in awhile. I would personally go over all the joins and seals and reseal them.
Show some photos of your new projects would love to see it

Well busy again today, cleaned the Ali on the pop top ready for the roof to go back on, put 2 layers of insulation it there as well as the poly sheeting which helps hold the roof up to its shape Was sitting in the van looking at a piece of would just under the rear window and took it off, well talk about cover up ,so off comes the sheet Also went to Bunnings today and bort a plastic brush that goes on the drill, similar to wire brush, and put it on the paint on the side of the van , and WOW, bloody good for that, im doing a bear metal respray So the pics are where im up to so far If any one can tell me what the colours on the outside of my van is or paint codes, please let me know as i want to paint it in origainal colours I should change the TITLE but not what to

Most paint shops can mix to your specs, if you happen to take off any cladding as a sample. New colour of course will be brighter. Personally I like the original colours, very Classic.

Now that's a spend up in one go, I didn't realise you were so close, to Caloundra, we will have to have a visit one day. I used The Bunker at Beewah, by chance grabbed the only two ply sheets left that matched ours. Cheers
