That's strange? both links work on my computer. Your link will work because it recognises your password this means on your link you can update the listing if needed mine works because it is a public entry but it has no ability to do anything other than peruse the listing

Recently we sold the Kennedy & discovered the 3x way did not work on gas, (we had never run it on gas) it would cool the ice box but the fridge stayed on 22 degrees. So I pulled it out of the cavity, cleaned the gasjet/flue & checked the igniter, ran it out of the cavity & it cooled to 12 (ambient in SE Qld 31) Returned it to the cavity & no go, bugger. Called the Dometic agent, took him 3x weeks to visit, he removed the top grill, said the fridge was ok , trapped heat was the problem. He suggested to fit a flue & vent it some how. got back in his van & left. (no charge) Problem: The flue & the vent were sadly out of line, Thetford make a bendy kit but the diameter doesn't match the DOMETIC. Solution:Make your own : While I was at it I fitted a piano hinge to the vent to allow opening. THEN>>>>>>>>>> I fitted a 12v blower inside the lower vent...& also hinged it . The new owner requested insect screen, due to wasps, but it really slows the flow of air as well, when closed. Closed: I let the screen tabs into the vent so it will be virtually impossible for the vents to open while travelling. While on gas....NO ONLY JOKING. While the vents are open the breeze flies through, with the fridge down to 5 overnight (22 ambient) I'm so surprised that such a small change could alter the quality of cooling to such an extent. MORAL TO THE STORY; flues are not compulsory for 90lt fridges, but boy they make a difference.

Good work, now I feel all guilty and slack cos mine are bling chrome nice like yours. Always lifting the bar arent you 😉 Hi Carlos, Two days work for free for the new owners, so glad I discovered the problem before they picked it up. It really has opened my eyes to airflow, the modern was too restricted before we cut a vent into the firewall & the floor. I have a flue & 12v fan on Vincent as well as a vent in the floor, for an old fridge it runs OK.
