Hi, hoping someone might have good advice for how best to fill the old screw and pop rivet holes in the aluminium outside wall of our 70s van we are renovating. Many thanks in advance.

When I had to hide an old sailtrack line of holes I used thin aluminium strip. We painted it the same as the body colour.  For other holes we used an easy sand body filler, not Steptone its too hard.You will need to us an Etch undercoat before painting. Cheers  |
