Hi Darren, Your van is a 1976 franklin made in Ballarat Vic. You mention water damage to the interior walls, the Franklins of that vintage used foam sandwich panels that required no solid frame to speak of, the only structural support is in the door and window areas, all electric wiring runs in the wall cavity,be careful before you start pulling things apart as the interior lining is adhered to the styrene insulation and the exterior cladding pressed and glued to the other side of the styrene. My suggestion for the interior walls would be paint after you correctly suggest sealing the J moulding. You don't have to fret too much about the dining table it was simply chipboard with a laminate top.I can see that the fittings for the table are missing, a substitute is available from CaravansPlus.
