G'day spud, and welcome to the forum!
Possible suppliers will depend on where you live. Any reputable brake repair specialist will be able to help you out. The existing brake shoes are refurbished with new pads, and the drums are machined to give a new surface. Get a quote first, because it can be an expensive exercise just getting these two steps done. Before parting with your money, you want to be sure that all the other parts inside the drum are in good condition and working properly (ie. levers, springs, adjusters).
cheers, Al.

As in agreement with pices51, not much use putting new pads with old worn parts, when I renewed my electric brakes it was cheaper to buy all new. If you go down the path of electric I would suggest new cable as well, wired in parallel not series. Brake link

I had a quote of over $200 to have the drums machined and the brake shoes relined. This helped make up my mind to replace the over ride hydraulic brakes with electric brakes. It will cheaper to replace the old complete over ride brakes with new over ride ones than overhaul the existing brakes.
