Nice! Apart from the window placement it looks identical to mine. I'm guessing your kitchen is on the LHS based on the vents showing on the pic you have? Mine is opposite to this. Mine is a 1971 Duralvan. Stripe colour is also identical to what mine came from the factory with.
So that's my guess but could be wrong. Got any interior pics?
My chassis number is A7463 so guessing yours may be just a bit older.

From this forum thread - caravanersforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=31170"During the 1970's the typical Viscount caravan chassis number started with a letter (A for Ambassador, S for Supreme or R for Royal) followed by the year of manufacture (S3----- would be a Supreme built In 1973) followed by the sequential build number for that year, although I believe that there was not separate sequential numbers allocated for each model van." Not much information on the Duralvan

Looks like it might be too late for an asbestos warning???
Wear a cartridge mask when dealing with these old tiles. Leave the tiles in the cupboards , they should still be like new.
I will move your thread over to "Hall of Fame" Thats where you can post images & discuss your reno.
With your images try downloading into BB code first that may publish your images here.

Not much information on the Duralvan The Duralvan became the Royal in 1970 so information on them can be found in the Vintage Van Forum here - vintagecaravans.proboards.com/thread/2038?page=1 It covers all of the 60s Viscounts so you can see the progression before your '68 Duralvan came along Cheers Shelley
