Hi all! Is this a Franklin Arrow 1971? Any advise on restoring and getting it mobile again? Thanks 😁

Hi Paula, Just saw these after only seeing the exterior shots on the other site. Would be an awful lot of work to get this going again, the inside seems to have had quite a bit of gutting,so a big inside and outside job. Good luck. hughdeany

As Hughdeaney says, its possible but a lot of work for a newbie, I think there would be easier projects on offer.

I was thinking difficult to do and a bit of money to be spent if you can do the paneling and timber work yourself and the chassis and draw-bar are in good condition . But I noticed the door looks like it has been cut out trying to find a second hand door is near impossible and new doors are very expensive and for both an frame will have to be stitched in to fit the door frame to make that area strong enough.I think the frankin has Styrofoam sandwiched between the interior ply and outside aluminum which will make that job that much harder.

To find the date you need to find raised welded numbers on the A frame, a letter & numbers 71 should start with S, i think. S1345 would be the 1345th built that year.
