We’re doing a tight arse Chrissy this year and have gone present free - everyone agreed and it’s saved a huge amount of money and work, so pretty happy there. All the kids are grown up and yet to have any of their own so just spending the day with family and eating too much is what we’ll be doing. 👍

I have been trying the present free thing the last decade, the 2 daughters think that means only 5 or 6 cheap things = agggh, Grand kids have changed all that the last few years! The worst offender was told, when asking what i wanted, to get her or hubby something for whatever the cash spend was going to be and give me a big wrapped box with their one wrapped up inside, that i will pass back! Will find out how that plan works out later at lunch.  A Merry & Jolly safe Christmas to the contributers, who i thank for excellent content and the lurkers who lurk! |

we had a great Christmas with family the grand kids did well and had a great one the rest of us had a good day too much to eat and a great catch up. I hope every one else had a good Christmas.  |
