Hi, this is my first caravan reno, so sorry for asking and silly questions but help is required!!!
I am looking at registering my van, firstly I need the chassis number which I have found S14003. I need to confirm that this means it is a Viscount supreme 1971? Or could it be 1981. The previous owner did tell me that she thought is was made in the 80's, so a bit confused.
Secondly I live in WA, I have investigated getting the vehicle registered and it seems I need to complete a change of ownership form, which is quite simple as I can locate the previous owner but does anyone know whether they are going to ask me to find the original owner or the last owner who had the van licensed? I know that I also have to get it inspected and weighed.
Any help appreciated
Claire

G'day Claire, and welcome to the forum! I'd have another close look at the first number after the 'S' on the drawbar. Could this be a 7 instead of a 1?? That would make it a 1977 model. The number S14003 doesn't fit with what we know so far. cheers, Al.
