I'am re posting my images on our thread "Vincent the Viscount" , because I think its worth preserving. I have re-done up to page 6, but now the grubs at Photobucket have blocked me from downloading even single images.
I downloaded my entire album initially from PB , but on further investigation several images were missing from the album's, as I've gone back to laboriously download single images, they are now blocking with the update notice you see on the forum.
Believing I had a safe storage away from my own computer from malfunctioning, I didn't bother to personally backup these images.
LESSON: Always make your own backups & do not trust any third party or cloud system or Microsoft or whoever they are.
PS: PB say they are working on the problem...HA!
they wont beat me, as I have still have Vincent I can re-take the current images, stand by.
UPDATE 28/7/17 Today after bitterly complaining I 'am able to singularly download again, I wonder for how long? UPDATE 30/7/17 Single downloads again blocked???

Oooh bugga.
I have not looked at doing what your doing yet. They certainly have an interesting business model. I wonder how long they will survive?

I got caught out with a similar thing with videos on mediafire, i had a few hard drives die so always felt safe & uploaded a heap there. Then they pulled the pin with no notice = lost a lot of stuff, i may have on tape still but un edited & no eazy way to get it digitised with modern windows on a laptop. A lot of family & adventure history kaputed.
