I have a Franklin 1974 v1250 is it an arrow or another name

Hi I am a bit confused we are doing up and old Franklin and rego papers that came with it said 1974 but number on draw bar says W 5822 so what yeR is it really.
It is a 14.5 ft Arrow not sure what colors were on outside as painted a few times before we got it. We reregistered it in Queensland and went of previous papers from NSW.
