Wanted: Cupboard door stays

Been trying to find the supplier for the below stays and nothing!  Anyone know if these are still made and sold?  I think they are great, small and out of the way unlike many new style stays.  Looking to buy about 12.

Three components - one for the door (attached already), the slider and the one for the cupboard.  These are placed in the centre of the cupboard and door.

If all else fails simple enough to make with hacksaw, drill and file from a section of Angle Iron and Strap in Zincalume or Gal.
Just replace the Punched stop with a tapped hole and a short bolt/setscrew, even extra holes to give different opening distances.

Yes I was also contemplating this, just a fiddly task. But I do like the design, simple yet effective.
