G'day all. I've been searching for information on my Franklin van, and just discovered that i own an Arrow Penthouse. Its registered as a 1980 but is apparently a lot older and as rare as rocking horse poop. Can anyone shed more light on the history of these vans? Ill try and get the serial number as well. I'd also like to rebuild the interior but can anyone tell me if i am likely to have issues?

Hi Scratchy, The penthouse was made in about 1971. They didn't make many, some had a front side door, front dinette and over cab bed, with 2 singles along the back or a fixed double, the other version had a rear side door and dinette and front single beds. Cheers hughdeani

Cool thanks guys. Ive got the version with the front door, unfortunately its not original inside so most of the original interior is missing, its had a double bed fitted and the kitchen cupboards and overhead cupboards are still in place. Seems to be in good condition, owned it for 7 years or so and its not been covered but even tho it spends a lot of time locked up it never smells musty. There is evidence of a water leak above the stove so i want to get that sorted. Is there any ideas where i can find more info or photos on the Penthouse?
