Off to Lake Nagambie on the Goulburn River for 4 days. Camping on a friends farm that has about 2km of river/lake frontage. Not a lot planned other than sitting, relaxing, drinking and other equally strenuous activities.

The Easter period is not our scene, as retirees we don't like the crowds & road statistics.

Hey planner That sounds like a great way to spend easter. Bit of a camp fire drop a line in the water and a cold one or two,. Yep a great way to go.
Mustang.. we now hit the road a day or 2 before hand and come back a couple of days later. I call it on holidays from retirement. Lots and lots on the road.

Were you spying on us Bobt? that's exactly how the weekend went down. Also only 30min from home so traffic not too bad either. Pics of camp are on SWMBO phone, will post in due course.

Nah not spying...just dreaming. We spent the weekend in Shepparton, in the middle of Moke Owners Associations 50 year rally. Lots of mokes in town. Plenty of traffic on Thursday.
Now we are in Wangaratta visiting our daughter. Looks like not many of us got away.

Does sound like most people had a quiet easter. Anzac day weekend is next month though, hope to have my van done around then.

I thought everyone was at Golden Beach Victoria... Until we were heading home Monday and caught all the traffic.
Van isn't finished yet, so I slept in a hammock. Had to share it with a sooky Staffy half way through each night.
