Top Service From Caravans Plus

Recently I was interstate on family business, when a parcel arrived from Caravans Plus.

I forgot to open it on my return, some weeks later, when the parcel was opened, unusually from this firm, two items were wrongly sent.

Expecting a "too long mate", "our policy states" etc etc, there was none of this, an email to say the correct goods were leaving today & keep the other goods no charge.

I've put a couple of orders through them now. I'm always more than impressed with there service and promptness of sending ordered stuff out. Even though anything I buy will, um, always be towards the cheapest possible end of the cost spectrum
