I'm after any leads or information leading to the procurement of one of these: An unbroken one.

mickmarsh, I have just come across from VV forum. You will note my thread I have placed just now. If I don't have any luck on either forum we can look at getting my handle to you if you think it would suit. Looks similar to your photo and is a Wesco. If no-one comes to my aid I will just be purchasing an entire new coupling. I won't be making a decision for a couple of weeks so depends on if you would like it and how long you wish to wait. Regards, Bob.

Regards, Bob. Thankyou for your offer. As Shane has said, I will be purchasing a new coupling eventually. I will not be able to visit my van for a couple of weeks. When I do, I have to move it that day. If I bought a new coupling, judging by what has been happening thus far, I will be running into more problems changing it. This will then probably require coming back at a later date which is not acceptable. The time frame is being set by the owners of the property the van is on, not by me. So, in two weeks time, the van will be moved. Either safely with a working hitch or by some other means.

Make it safe mate, not worth other means.
