Wanted - T shaped window weather seal

The weather seals around all the windows in our olympic are brittle and need replacing.

It is a T seal - 6mm piece with a 4mm T bar across the top.  

Does anyone know where to get that or has anyone replaced theirs with something else that worked?

mustang - great timing. We just found it on Big Red Caravan at an excellent price and have ordered what we need today. It's a camec product it appears but isn't easily found on their lists. Thanks for helping!
