Just put the last coat of paint on the new draw bar and fitted the vinyl front and thats it all done ready for the lap around Oz. The old van now in its 39th, year sports a new paint ( Sikkens 2 pac) an Aussie Traveller Roll out Awning, New Rear bar and spare wheel carrier plus I seam sealed all the joints underneath and inside the van to make it dust proof and recoated all under with an under body spray plus new bearings and shackle bolts. I didn't have to touch inside, it is as new 72 vintage, thanks to the previous owner, we only had to replace the curtains and rebuild the bed so it now lifts up from the front for storage under. Now the o'l girl is as good as new, well almost Attachments:

G'day disco, Sounds like you've got the van back to showroom condition! Hope you've factored in a fair bit more time for the trip than you expect. There'll be people wanting to get a gander of your van everywhere you go! ;D Great work on the van, and I hope the trip goes really well for you. Keep us uptodate with your travels. cheers, Al.

Another shot of the finished product, I can only put one photo on at a time. I addition I also put the axle under the springs raising it 4 and a bit inches. As I tow it with a 4x4 Hilux dual cab it is now travels level with the truck. Cheers D. Attachments:

Howdy Nasa62, No, no trouble sleeping Mate, It's just that I can't stay asleep, all ways up at this time of the morning, best time to get the speed out of the black box. talking of L.E.D. tail lights, I had a bloke around on Sun, He's importing L.E.D's from China at a fraction of the local cost, Example,.... replacement tail light globes, selling in Jacar for $18.95 his price after his profit $ 4.95. He's importing all sorts of L.E.D's and will shortly being printing a catalogue, The good news..... he is willing to give the C.C.er's a discount on bulk purchase. So as soon as he is organized I shall post it here. Now back counting, was that 1,000.000 + 7 or 8 !!!!!!!! kiwijim
