Hey, Hi, sorry been somewhat busy lately. Thanks for your comments on the Hudson, it has a Ruskin Body, made in Melbourne. Love your sloper. Always liked them, there used to be one near Bonshaw Weir for many years. you mention amphibians, look what I saw a few weekends ago on the Swan river

BTW, here's why I am not getting much done on the cars or caravan. Putting in a new door at my place gives a whole new meaning to cutting a hole in a wall. Demolition saw and 6 rock blades and 1 7" grinder and I don't know how many wheelbarrow loads of rock and rubble and we have a hole in the wall.

, G'day Inncrafers, I was talking about amphibian aircraft but that amphibian car looks very interesting. What make is it do you know? By the way, that hole in your wall looks like a real challenge to do. I'll bet you're glad it's now finished. Now all you have to do is hang a door in it. That wall looks very thick, they certainly don't build houses that way these days. Cheers, Ross.

Its an Amphicar, built in germany in the 60's. Re the door, yes its fun, just gotta replaster then frame. That wall is one of the thinner ones, LOL, some are up to 480mm thick. BTW looks like I am on to a 36 Chev roadster, original and complete.

, You lucky bloke. If you buy it please post some photos of it. The fellow I bought the Sloper from has a '35 Chev 3 window coupe, RHD but with a Fisher body. It was originally registered in NZ. A place in Melbourne that I rang up about a window rubber kit for the Sloper had until a few months ago a'36 Chev Sloper that they used as advertising for their business. As soon as I started describing what I was after the fellow I was speaking with said "Yes, I know exactly what you're after and I can give your a price off the top of my head." Cheers, Ross.
