Hey Guys, Just wanted to show you all my latest bargain, and the best part is.............10 bucks!!! It's made out of Stainless Steel, will just have to get a plate for the top (to make the lid) to fill the cut out, I'm thinking I'll use polished aluminum checker plate and mount it on the back of the van above the bumper. Hey Chrisandliso
That is good score. Been looking for something like that... Certainly would be real nice on the back of my caravan. I know which bits I would keep in it. ;D

Looks like it would make a pretty good water tank in an emergency, as well! That's a good idea, it actually does hold water, it was originally made to be used as a knife block (had a slotted plastic insert for the knives to slide through in that recess on the top) in an industrial kitchen but wasn't deep enough to take the 10" chef knives. I held it in place on the back of the van and now I'm torn between putting it there or up on the draw bar, on the back it obstructs to number plate and the draw bar's already pretty full with spare wheel, gas bottle, level rides and sway control. Maybe I'll extend the bumper out another 6 inches or so and sit it in behind there but I was trying not to hide it too much as I reckon the stainless will look a treat on the Viscount. Decisions, decisions!
