Millard caravan identification

Hello!
I'm currently renting a Millard caravan and hopefully working out a rent to own situation.

Hoping for some help identifying a bit more about it.

I looked for the chassis number as suggested and it's weirdly only 3 digits M354, I don't know if the rest of it is hidden, or if it's not the original chassis?

Photos are here. To my untrained eye it looks like a lot of the appliances are original so hoping that might help?

Have tried searching rego on vic rego check but nothing comes up, haven't tried paying them yet though!

Hi and welcome possumbilly,
Your chassis number is missing the last number,but the first 3 are from 1974.
It’s a standard shower/ toilet Millard with original appliances,are you going to keep it original?

We're keen to keep it close to original! We really like the decor.
It's already had some work done to it from the place we're hiring from - there's a decent sized hot water tank that has been installed for the shower.

All the old appliances are working except the junkers hot water


Things we're looking at doing are pretty minor
Upgrading air con (love the retro look but it's not very cold)
Adding table to living space
Rejigging bedroom a little
Making the drainage neater (it's currently just creating a puddle under the van)
Fixing some dodgy electricals in some of the power outlets
Adding an annexe style catio


We're already living in it, the plan is to live in it long term, setting up places where we can stay for a number of months, with the ability to up and move when it suits us.

Definitely wanting to set up an annexe for it, but the next site we've got lined up doesn't have much width, so we might need to diy an outdoor space that sits at the back of the van rather than the side.


Oh I've also just noticed it was listed by the owner as 1978, not sure if that's confirmed or just their estimate though. Will follow up, we're chatting with them tomorrow!
