quite often in "the olden days", vans were given any brand name that the person registering them chose to pick and the authority accepted what they were told.

i reckon that your viscount is one of those circumstances and is actually an early 70's franklin, although i'm not sure what year it is.

have a look in these threads and see if you agree about the likenesses of the aluminium franklins.

Your van is a Franklin Regent 10.6x7ft.
Looks to be about 1970 or 71.

Hi all!

Sorry yes, I did delete my post as I found the answer in an amazingly extensive thread on here. Turns out she is a 1972 Franklin Regent. And boy does she need some love.

Current heatwave situation has slowed progress considerably. Wish me luck!
