Unfinished project . I believe this is a 10ft 1969/1970s Regal.It was purchased as a project to gradually restore to original.
It has been used as a spare room and has been stored under cover in the garage. Over the years I have completed the interior with new paint, new floor tiles,new cupboard & wardrobe doors and handles , old bed/sofa has been removed & new bed frame installed,new table & bench top installed. All cushions have been professionally recovered. All windows re sealed and ready to be re installed. The fridge works on 240 volts but has not been tried on gas as there is no gas. The cook top also has not been tried.
Outside minor water damage has been removed & replaced with marine ply.A four season hatch has been installed to replace the old fly wire hatch. The lower aluminum sheets have been removed from the wood frame to allow new 240 wiring & 5 new double pole power points. The caravan needs minimal to complete. It needs 12 volt wiring completed, new tyres on the tiny 12 inch Morris wheels (it also comes with 2 x 14 inch mag wheels), plumbing finished ( new tap included),new lighting (lights included) and aluminum sheets and door re installed. It was going to have the paint removed so that it could be re painted or polished but I did not get that far.
The caravan is registered until 13 October but will need a flat top trailer as the sides are still off.
This is a regrettable sale but we are moving to Qld and need it gone.
Good 10ft vans like this are hard to find.
Price has been reduced to $2000 to assist purchaser with cost of transport. Price is negotiable however.
