the van i have had my eye on to restore is not a capricorn, as i had thought. i managed to actually speak to the owners , who are reluctant to sell , due to the memories of their son, who lived in it, but passed away
the van is a travelhome approx 15 ft, in dire need of repair at first glance , lots of woodrot falling on floor , cladding staples and edge strips loose, not GOOD,
i would like to make a more detailed inspection, but it depends on whether they will sell ,,, i have offered ,suggested , that they could put in a plaque in memorie to the son, and that way he will be remembered, instead of the van just rotting away
