hi,I have recently acquired an old caravan but not sure of age or make only identification marks are the number on the drawbar which are MV200 can anyone tell me more,thanks wonderer

thanx for all views but with the help of a daughter and a lot of time we have found that it is a murumba star model astra circ 1967

G'day wonderer,
If the van has been identified as a Murrumba Star, then the ID marks on the drawbar should read MS200, and not MV200.
MS = Murrumba Star.
The number 200 would be an early model from around 1967 when Murrumba Star first started building vans.

thanx pisces 51 we found an old redgo label in a cupboard with murumst in the model line on said . I was like you in thinking but my daughter has since been contacted from an ex worker of the factory who told her the very early vans were marked this way so I,m not 100% one way or the other
