Hi all, Wondering if someone might have a clear picture of the front and rear decal/sticker from a 1971 Franklin Regent. It is the version that has Franklin in large letters, arrow head to the right and underneath the words " First in mobile living" The paint work has faded along with the decals but I can just make out a "ghost" image front and rear when the light hits at the right angle. I have a friend who may be able to produce new ones but need a clear pic so I can get started. Cheers, Bryan and Carol Read more: vintagecaravans.proboards.com/thread/16572/front-rear-decal-franklin-regent#ixzz4zNbtWgDh

Thanks Snoops, I have checked out their stuff, the regent stickers themselves are the same and I will use those from RV Stickers, it's the big one thats the issue, can't even seem to find a clear picture let alone a sticker. Lucky I'm a patient man hey

The Regent stickers are the same as the Arrow, being 2 colour on silver foil, gold & black with a siver reverse. The black forms the classic "shade" to the side & under the letters. The gold forms a wide shield background. Original sticker has a smooth thin boarder, leading to the more chunky gold. A quirk of hot foil embossing, that can be used for effect. I saw a tandom Regent for sale at Nambour a while back with 2 good stickers on it. ( how i sourced this post )

retro70, this is the best I've been able to do for you so far... The photo comes from the following thread... 1972 Franklin Regent 8606-2 ...and the photos are still showing in the thread at this stage. There are other photos in the thread showing the sticker further away from the camera, so those photos might be useful as well. You can 'right-click' each photo in the thread, and choose 'Save Image As...' from the pop-up box, if you want to file them on your computer for future reference (I wouldn't trust Photobucket to keep them showing forever). cheers, Al.

Thank you so much for that, I have been looking at every thread and any mention of Franklin, my eyes have now given out. This is great, thanks again .
