a millard with roof levers for pop tops

Gday All did Millards in 1970s make a 11or 12ft pop top caravan with the front and rear inside Levers for raising and lowering the  roof. cheers

Hang around a bit bazdat, we have a couple of members on here that will have that knowledge, might take awhile before they pop up.

Hi bazdat,
The old Millards just had scissor arms on the outside,but you can buy Jayco lifter arms and instal them in your van which will make for easier lifting.
You might need to remove two scissors though if it is still too hard.

Thanks for your replys .I spoke with 2 caravan repairers who recommended buying a Jayco with lifter already fitted..... as to use the lifters on other models the roof will needs to be strengthened to cope.? cheers
