Hi everyone i am very new here and to caravans alike ! but i have bought an old Millard 1975 (or 1977) not sure anyway. It doesn't have bunks in it, but it definitely used to. I want to reinstall them! does anyone know the best way to go about this? 2nd question, we cant seem to get the fridge working off 240v any tips ... ? the instructions are unreadable I would love and appreciate some guidance!

G'day abitcorny, and welcome to the forum! Trying to reinstall the bunks will depend a lot on what's still there, and what your skills are like. It can be done, but it will require a lot of perseverence and patience. If you click on this link it will take you to a list of threads on this forum where the words Millard + bunks are featured somewhere in the thread. You'll have to spend some time reading through a lot of those threads to get an idea of how the bunks looked from the factory. Then you'll have to come up with some ideas of how to recreate them. I remember an owner of a van who made the frames/legs/supports out of square aluminium tubing and plastic joiners from Bunnings (the "Connect-it" products - click here ). For your 2nd question, is the fridge working ok on gas? If the fridge is the original Tuomatic brand, the instructions are shown in the following thread: How to light the gas tuomatic fridge?
