Hello to everyone. This is my girl. For all you enthusiasts... sorry she has been 'savaged' with big house windows and totally gutted! This is a tiny home 'project'. My plan is liquid rubber the roof, chassis black underneath, some lt tyres, sump oil the springs and gerni the paint... possibly will probably go back to bare silver, which may look cool. replace floor with formply.... argh! hard to source 12mm.. bunnings sells 17mm however its 10kg a sheet heavier than 12mm- yet the 12mm is $120 a sheet as opposed to bunnings 17mm$60. so annoying. Even toying with the idea of using 9mm plyboard and liquid rubber them to seal and further strengthen with floating floor..... bit of a cunumdrem ;-} next a lecky to sort those wires...think the budget may blowout on this subject. onto insulation... will go with the rolls rh20 that i read in a post here, originally was going to replace with styrofoam and expanda foam but rolls look easier. oh really! the more i read the more, i feel overwhelmed. then panel with white ply 3mm. Planning gas water, solar panels. And yes i plan to rip out the shower/ toilet area and redo....its putting up a fight and since nsw has been in a heatwave i relented and will start again. well going into overload... talk again soon. E
