Hi new to the forum, and new to renovating. Just purchased an 80 Series Millard caravan. caravan of the year. The number on the chassis is 11724. is there any way of finding out weights of this for rego etc. there are no compliance plates at all anywhere.

G'day shazpic, The best you can do is estimate to tare weight of the van, by measuring the length of the cabin in feet and inches, and multiplying each foot by 52kgs. For example, if the cabin is 14ft length, then 14 x 52 = 728kgs. It's a "rough-and-ready" calculation, but it'll be pretty close to the mark for a caravan that is still fairly representative of how it was built originally (ie., doesn't have too many modifications done to it, where it's now heaps heavier or heaps lighter than it was when built).
