Retired John, It would take me 1.1 seconds as to which way I would go with that decision.!!!!!! Well I took about the same the Z and van are appreciating at a rate of knots where as the mustang is depreciating at a huge rate of knots my Ford dealer mate ( who owns one a SS no less) advised not to go there as within a few years (7-8) the mustang will be a sub 20K car and likely the zephyr and van will be worth at least 25% more than they are today besides on a personal note the mustang lacks the arrival factor of the old zephyr , now if it was a "Snake" that would be a different story as that has it all class power rarity and resale

I am not so sure about old van appreciate, í have my van listed for a quite long time and only have 2 calls and one view. Looking at the FB site the old vans are selling for less than $8000 and people are not interested in paying for one restored even if it is well bellow the cost of restoring a cheap $3000 van as a project.

Gitano at the Rathdowney gathering last week we mentioned in passing that we "might" be interested in selling sometime in the future as we were not sure if we would continue with the VV thing and we had 3 requests for notification if and when and all included offers in to 20K region so people are prepared to pay for quality maybe just not in Tassie there have been vintage vans sold by members here for well in excess of 20K some over 30K and none took to long to sell

Maybe you should post a link here and on the vintage van facebook site thats where the people looking for a vintage van look not at the local paper and e-bay or gumtree

Yes John, it is mine, I did not put more images because I was under the impression that the link with the full video will be describe better the caravan. Thank you for your suggestion, I will look into it when I bring the add to the top again. I was reluctant in paying money due to the poor response that I have so far.

Thanks John, I placed the add in Vintage Caravans Australia (https://www.facebook.com/groups/577671115747050/) and I did not have much luck there. Lets see if before Easter something happens,

Sadly Arthur that is not a good spot to advertise as it is a closed group so to see the advert someone has to either BE a member or JOIN the site . Price is often not a factor it is more likely a case of finding the right market niche We had a car (V8 Fairmont) advertised for sale for 12K many years ago and got no replies so borrowed some wide mag wheels from a dealer mate on the grounds if we sold the car we gave him xxx$ and put the advert in a bogan hot car mag which was popular at the time for 17.5K and it sold in a week , we recieved comments like we did see another one but it was too cheap must have been a dud from the buyer so go figure . I have some mates in the used car game and their rule is price it high you can always bargain down price it low and you have no where to go

Sometimes selling a "Classic" can take longer, finding that right one person can be hard.
A character I know had a 12month old white box, he bought a new different one, took him 18months to sell the old one..
Good luck with it.
