Some people are aware of the problems and recalls of the small bultane stoves and others are not.

I own a portable butane stove or should I say owned. It will now be disposed of the 20 year old 3 burner portable LPG stove is still going well with no chance of it becoming a bomb. The portable butane one has only been used twice in 5 years so won't be missed anyway.

Thanks gitano your information is the first I heard of it the more people who know the better seems the government is waiting for a catastrophe before they do anything to make the info get out where it is noticed.
