I am looking for an Age/Manufacturer Appropriate Stove/Oven/Grill for my 76 Viscount Supr eme. As the picture below shows, it has none at this point. Remembering I am looking to restore the van back to (or as close to) original. I have 2 available that are very similar to each other (see below pics), although not sure if either is appropriate to the Viscount brand (let me know if you have any info either way), but would prefer a Stove/Oven rather than just the Grill. and looking at the above picture, it seems as though the van had a Stove/Oven originally. I really would prefer the type shown in the picture below, if van appropriate, which I think it is from my research. But again let me know if you have any more information in that regard. So just to clarify my rambling, my questions are these, remembering I am looking to restore the van back to (or as close to) original; 1/ Are any of the grills I currently have for restoration Age/Van appropriate for a 76 Viscount Supreme, and if so, which one or ones? 2/ Is my first choice of the Stove/Oven Age/Van appropriate, and if so, does anyone know where I can get/purchase/trade for one? Thanks for any and all comments/information, it will be greatly appreciated.

I believe the 2 Rinnai stoves are mid to late 60's models but may have extended into the 70's

Hi big G, Judging by the size of the hole and no fittings for a lid your van would have been fitted with an American "Wedgewood" stove with a 3 or 4 burner top and oven that was also a grill. They were ok when they worked, but now parts are not available. The Rinnai stove and stove and oven will fit the era,as will a " Flavel" 2 burner top and small oven stove, all were around in the 70s. You could also try the small Chef 2 burner and oven stove. All of these stoves seem to come along occasionally. Hope this helps hughdeani

Thanks for pointing that out captivenut, I think it may be a bit to modern for a 76 model as I am trying to stay year/model specific. Thanks anyway.

There's a mission brown 4 burner cooktop with griller, but no oven, listed for $75 on the Viscount Caravan Owners facebook page. Might pass as a 70's vintage?

What happens if I have one for $98? 😉
But seriously, what area are you in? Might help in finding one. 👍
