Hi guys I am after some help I have just brought an old viscount with the chassis number of 9372A I think it's a 1972 ambassador but stand to be corrected. My problem starts when I try to register it and vicroads says that I need a compliance plate ( which of course I don't have because they didn't have them back then) so I am after any technical info anybody has i.e. Weight, what the suspension is rated to, tyre size ect ect. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi ablunt7, I think you're right on the year but as jm9422 said a pic would help. The A is for Viscount Duralvan (or Royal as they changed over around then), the Ambassadors were the E chassis numbers.
