As the title says, anyone know if and where you can buy the black strip that is used as a skirting in older vans like my Franklin? I've had no luck on the net or the hardware stores. I would like something about 1 1/2" to 2" high.
I think the problem is I don't know what it's called, so my searches end up nowhere.
Cheers.

G'day snoops, do a google search for the words caravan plastic trim images and see if you can find what you're looking for. If you do, click on that image and it will take you to the website the image was taken from.
Also check out the website for Procom Plastics in Melbourne - they seem to produce a lot of the profiles used in the caravan industry. Might be something there that suits your needs.
cheers, Al.

Snoops, I know it's on the wrong side of town, but CARAC at Dandenong had a reasonable range of plastic trims when I was last there (about 3 years ago).

Also search for vinyl skirting images.
