Hi all, need some help with the folding table in my franklin. Had to replace old one as it was under drip line from hatch and was knackered. Have made up a new one from ply but can't figure out what the metal plate on floor and on end of underside of table is for. It came with a short threaded bar which screws into both plates but is too short for bed set up. See photos, many thanks Gav.

Hi fnqfranklin, That threaded bar goes through a flat plate that fits on to the bottom rung of your table,the corner thread is for a wooden short coffee table leg that bridges the gap to keep the table from toppling over when it drops to become a bed. Hope that helps Cheers hughdeani
