Hi all. Got my new 3mm Perspex in 2 windows now. Just wondering if there is a trick to getting the new window rubber in, or is brute strength the go ?? Seems to be damn hard to squeeze in between the frame and Perspex .......

Soapy water helps a lot!
For the T shaped seal I just tucked it in as I went as it refused to feed through from the end

For the T shaped seal I just tucked it in as I went as it refused to feed through from the end There's a trick to that - I used to build Aluminium windows for a living some time ago. You need to notch one end of the rubber and pull and push it into position. I'm about to do mine in the next week or so, I may take a video of it. Yes, soapy water is a must while glazing windows.

Mine had some pitting and stuff inside the channel, I think that's what it was jagging on
