Thought I'd show off my latest purchase/score/bargain $1000 & only 150ks from home
Amazing what people will sell to make some quick cash for xmas
It's a 1985 11ft Clipper poptop in very good condition only needing a tidy up on the inside & maybe a coat of paint on the outside
poptop skirt is only 5 years old & in great condition come with a fully enclosed annex as well
3 way fridge which works great on 12v/240v & gas & one of the biggest freezers I've seen in a fridge of this size
All windows are dark glass like there tinted but not sure but will find out
And when I picked it up I found out it had electric brakes which to me is worth the purchase price on it's own & it was advertised with manual breaks
It was registered in Vic but as this is no use to me it was cancelled the day after purchase (today)
All it needs for rego is 3 new tyres, they have good tread now (90%) but there about 8 years old so to be on the safe side I'll replace them
I will also replace the single gas regulator for a 2 stage twin regulator to connect my 2x 9kg gas bottles & I'll also add a cut-off safety valve to each bottle
so here are a few pics & would like to hear your thoughts or tips/ideas as well
