I can't quite make out what is going on there. It looks like the front has been dented inwards all over? I would see what the local sheet metal place had that might be cut and folded to shape and used to replace the original skin.

Just get a sheet of aluminium chequer plate and cover the front Like most caravans use as a stone guard.

You will need to remove the cladding to see what the problem is. I'm betting all of the framing behind there is rotten ....................... seeya, shane L.

That looks nasty. So how did this happen ? What I would do is start investigating by checking and take a few photos as well starting underneath/chassis. Take a phillips screwdriver and poke the floor from underneath, it should sound solid ie a "tap" not a dull "thud". Anywhere that doesn't sound hard/solid will be an issue. Get photo's.
Next carefully lift the roof up off the main body and support it's weight with lengths of timber either going onto ladders or trestles you don't have to take the roof right off just get it up off the body. Then look and check that front area over ! Have screw or rivets pulled away/out ? Is there timber that is soft under any of the area's that are open ? Take photo's and report back. It looks like you will be doing some type of repair, so now the costs will have to be added up.
Cheers

There is a metal brace running across riveted to the aluminum channels running from the door way and right down the drivers side so if both side panels are strait not crushed downwards, it is a matter of straitening the front brace and reinforcing it.( it may also just be a case of the rivets holding brace to channel have let go that is just a mater of taking the weight of the roof by roping or strapping it up on tree or carport re-rivet or put small nuts and bolts from the inside to the outside . the rivets you need aren't sold at bunnings as they are long i had to order them of ebay ) You will have to lift roof off body to do the repairs.Sides and ends can be repaired as i did with 17mm ply and a lot of mastic re-clad with original aluminum sides and back if it is alright may need new sheet for the front looking at yours. When the cables are put back in make sure they are wound up evenly on winch and pull together as the roof will catch the bed on either end and this is the usual cause of the front or back brace bending also can split corners of roof.
have fun with it. We rebuilt one unfortunately it wasn't as suitable for what we wanted as first thought but towed very well little extra fuel used and set up in ten to fifteen minutes fly's and awning already to relax. I hope this was helpful.
