He seems to be doing the rounds trying to sell it, he posted it on our (CC) FB page which is a no-no so I directed him here by he has left very little info.

No Dramas, a lot of poeple don't know how to use a lot other than facebook. Especially if they are trying to post these adverts from a smart phone. If he reads this, you can copy the photo addresses above and use them outside of facebook (they are on photobucket). seeya, Shane L.

Too true B&J But space constraints have to be taken into account. If I had the room it just might be in my yard. But I don't so it won't. The whirlybird sticking out of the roof hatch is a bit concerning though. Great project for someone. It is cheap for a 19fter. Has anyone an idea of where it is?

I just Google the fishing club name and that comes up as between Gosford and Newcastle in NSW, by the looks of the chassis I don't think it has been moved to far from there

Thanks Lockyer I did the same before. Just not sure that it was in that condition when it was moved etc. So was trying to figure it out.
Not that I could do anything with it at this time anyway. It's a bargain going begging.

it says above it's in morisset .... I just looked on google maps ....... that's next to a lake so is fresh water. That caravan probably isn't as rusty as I'd imagined then!

That chassis looks like it has been built from the same size steel use to make the "A" frame, if that is the case - put some serious suppression under her and off road here we come. It reads at the top "I put a new a frame and hitch on it and the rest of the chassis is good."
I have no idea what sort of chassis they were built with, looks like large RHS

The one obvious change to the floor is that the fibreglass under the floor is missing. Not sure how that could be turned into a positive - there must a positive there somewhere. Atog

Atog, A lot of the later built Olympics don't have full fibreglass floors in them. Our Riviera hasn't. I think from the early 70's onwards this was the case.
Cheers Bob and Jacqui.
