Hi fellow Classic Caravaners,
Been a while since I popped here in to see what's going on. Just wanted to let you know that we are still loving our little Yellow Submarine (Viscount Supreme) and have recently finished our 4th summer season down the coast. Considering that's five continuous months of sun, sea air, wind and rain (well we are in Melbourne!) Yellow sub and her not so yellow {blue striped} original 1978 annex are holding up pretty well.
We replaced her roof hatches earlier this year, after asking for member's advice a while ago, we decided to make our own from sheet metal. The other half was so proud of his work that he decided to permanently attach one to his index finger. A quick trip to the hospital for an x-ray and clean up of the drill hole and he was back to pot riveting in no time. He must be going through a midlife {body piercing} crisis LOL!
