Just bought a cavavan thats been in a feid for a year and its had a new a frame put on it and no vin number what do i do

What state are you in?
In Victoria, you ring up Vicroads and get an "R" number. This is a number you stamp in the drawbar and is just like a VIN but isn't.
The NSW registration authority has a similar arrangement but starts with a different letter.

Im in nsw but theres no numbers on the toebar as it was replaced
