solar panels

Can anyone give me info on solar panels for a van .
we are buying an old van but it comes with a solar panel and battery pack.
Not sure what size .
we are wondering what you can usually use with it .
what electrical items will run if any .
or are they used for lights only .

Ok you need to know a few things before you can work out what you can use the solar for ?

What size is the solar panel/s ? (watts)

What size is the battery ? (amps) and what type of battery is it.

What is the battery hooked to ? (fridge or lights or nothing)

But to give you an idea if you have a 100w solar panel hooked to a 100amp agm battery you could run a 40/50 ltr waeco camping fridge and some LED lights

or if you went up in sizes ie solar panel 140w and 120amp battery and you could add a tv to the lights and fridge.
