Hi All,
Kate, the locusts and I are up in Coffs Harbour - Park Beach Caravan Park for the skool hols.
Paradise is fantastic with the ocean temp like bath water. Most importantly, the ol'van got dragged
up the road from Sydney without a drama at all. We just love her after 2 years of ownership
...we are surrounded by rigs worth 10 times what she is,
however, none have the soul and service of our Viscount Royal....and guess what we are doing the
all the same stuff...sleeping like crap, and showering in the same place...
40 years old and still going strong..1st of the window out windows..all original bar the tyres ..and we her purchased from the 1st owners...
hard to believe but true.
The other more fancy stuff have many more kms to do before they can tell the stories that this van has.
Love the comments from the old heads...like "Jeeze mate is that the original striped annexe canvas".."yes it is"..
"check out the wooden poles"....no oztrail gazebo or aluminium awnings here mate"...classic not plastic comes to mind.
