Hi All, figured i would start a "non caravan projects" thread where ppl can show others things they are interested in and projects they have completed, just for show or so others can get an idea to make something similar.
Ill start us off.
First one is my first real project, dads old 1975 Kawasaki F11B Enduro, full stripped, powdercoated, fixed replaced, altered to my likings etc.
around 11 months to complete (didnt touch engine internals, only done 10k piston n rings fine)
Pic Below, before resto with dad, dragged out of shed after 10 years +
Completed resto
Commencing restoring these two next
Dads first bike ever, same one got off uncle as dad handed to his little brother back in the day. 1972 Suzuki TS185
Dad in 1972 on it
Current State, i have slowly bought bits n pieces i need
Final bike is a Grey Import (JAP) honda VT250FII. just needs carby cleanup and tank fixed (leaks) etc and tidy up / find a fairing
Currently though working on a Mobile Peg Board for some old school tools i recently acquired, my current tools, and my grandpas orig carpentry tools which i will acquire over the next few months.
Had an old door and some pine laying around, bought some castors and some hooks...will be finished soon. It will be double sided use, with everday tools on one side and larger / rarer use tools on the other side.
Tools i recently bought off Ebay, deceased estate, got all of them for basically nothing.
Peg Board
This final item is a folding tool trolley that i have altered slightly for putting my motorbike frames on the main part and just some tools off to the side, got it off gumtree for $50 did not want to barter as its too good. Guy made it 30 + years ago as an apprenticeship project / task. All fits underneath when not in use, wheels can be "disengaged" so doesnt roll around etc. I just degreased, rubbed back, painted, regreased wheel bearings etc. It came with the tool boxes, see below
After a cleanup
Cheers, looking forward to seeing everyone elses projects / ideas.
