what you have to do is measure your stud pattern pcd ,which on a 4 stud is pretty easy as you measure from one side across to the other over the centre of the wheel ,then measure your backspace (offset) from the back of the hub to the edge of the back of the rim, height wise is seeing how big a 13' wheel is and will it fit and have enough room for the movement of the suspension, what is probably on there is most likely mini minor wheels

I'm doing same investigation at moment.
I have an old 1975 camber trailer with 10" wheels mini minor.
My PCD is 4x100 and centre bore hole required is 55mm.
I've got some BMW E30 "bottle cap" rims I'm looking to use, I've checked camper, the wheel well size appears large enough and offset should be fine( can buy spaces cheap if required to alter offset) wheels appear as if should fit fine, overall rolling diameter may be larger which may lift it off ground slightly more but this is not an issue and no speedo to worry about re speed being off with larger rolling diameter.
Main thing I would check is.
Overall width with tyre on, is wheel well wide enough - should be.
Wheel well length, if increasing overall rim/ tyre diameter by say 5-7com will it tuck up ok under weight load. - this should be fine I think.
Offset - least of worries really as can alter with machined spacers over on hub.
Centre hole is a definite check to make sure wheel will slide over
Stud / wheel hole PCD if 4 stud will be 4x100 or 4x114.3.
Good luck mate
