G'day mtm, What info are you looking for? I can tell you that all Travel Home vans over 16ft came with a free dog, and I see you've still got the one that came with your van. cheers, Al.

I have no idea what year the chassis number relates to, so I'd only be guessing. The wind-out windows would be 1973 or later. The factory was in Canterbury Rd., Kilsyth Vic., and they specialised in larger models, but had a good range of smaller units.
The Travel Home sticker changed in design during the 1970s, so if you can post a close-up photo of the sticker then I'll see if that helps to narrow down the possible year.
cheers, Al.

hi,
I would place your van as a 77 or 78 model myself based on what I recall from back then.
Cheers AL

I understand this thread is a few years old but after trying to reasearch and hardly finding anything hopefully I get a reply of this! Myself and my partner have recently bought one the same as you. And are looking for a bit of information! I have no idea what year but looks exactly like yours and is a tandem axel, thanks a lot.

Hi Tyler, Travelhome started in Kilsyth,Victoria in about 1967,by a tall Dutchman that had an eye for quality. They were a cut above the rest at the time, and used different finishes inside to what everyone else used. You will notice all Travelhome have a high central ceiling, this was for tall people,as the builder was very tall! They were a heavy van,as top quality parts were used to build them,I think they finished in the late 70s,don't know why, maybe getting too expensive against the mass produced vans of the time. I can't help with the chassis number, but if you show some interior and exterior pics I will be able to give you a year. Hope this helps Cheers hughdeani
