By the way, did you see this for sale. Aparently I am not allowed to have it, other half refuses to ride in a hearse. lol not sure if thats actually a good thing or not. Would make a brilliant tow car. And imagine all the stuff you could carry in the back.

Gotta agree with mum, cruising around in a coffin carrier isn't hot on my list of automobiles. But then i guess one could make a few bob on the side.....i heard "last rides" can be a bit pricey. Id be happy to get carted away away in that when it comes time ;D Getting hauled away in a finned MoPar stretched wagon would be cool. Dave

No worries Jim,i'll tell you EXACTLY where my baby is ;D ;D Turn left at Weidgemultha and continue on to Mukinbuden turn south there until you hit the North West Coastal Hwy. Continue on till you get to Panawanaka turn east there till you see a pink Flamingo, ask the pink Flamingo for directions to Bills place. Shes parked in Toms shed behind Bills property. Simple eh ! Dave (She's in Kal at the moment waiting till after Xmas so we can get her trucked over here. Know any one that does a top load or needs a back load to Adelaide from Kal ??)

For almost 30 years Jim i had blinkers on for Valiant Pacers...ive owned 160 of them over the years including Valiant Pacer station wagons of which they only made 20 of............over that time i have made a net work of friends that share the passion for Aussie Chrysler's. A few years ago i found the first valiant to roll of the production line with a factory fitted HEMI.It was in a 1969 VF Valiant station wagon (VFX) I sold that car to a fellow in WA who later bought a VF Pacer station wagon as well. Over time we developed a good mate ship,Ive never met the man face to face, but know each other well via, phone calls,Internet and other forms of communication.I look forward to shaking his hairy mitt sometime very soon. 12 months ago he found a collection of Valiants in WA and sitting up the back of this shed was the AP3 Royal waiting to it the road again,so after a "short" conversation i secured the vehicle. ;D ;D ;D I couldn't see any thing better to tow an old van out on the open road than a an American car that the Americans didn't see over there.....AP3-Australian Production model No 3. Its MoPar or its no car Cheers Jim and a safe and Merry Christmas to you and yours from me and mine . Dave

Dave, She will come up a treat.
BTW talking of station wagons, I saw a Chrysler Plainsman in the flesh for the first time today, six cylinder and overdrive manual, wouldn't I love that in the shed.
Hope you get yours here soon.
ahh while i think about it, there was a really original 69 Roadmaster at Port Elliot, and a old plywood I couldn't identify. Very nice to see.
Went down to look at a Straight Eight for the Hudson cept it wasn't a hudson 8, so didn't get it.
