Howdy Donna, Thanks for posting that great collection of interesting old R.V.'s I got quiet a surprise to see the picture of the Motor Home from N.Z. We did have the pleasure of following that Monster on the High-Way, just before we returned to Australia way back in 82 The Motor Home, (for the want of a better word ) was built on a early Bedford Truck chassis, We followed it for several km's, at a surprising speed of around the 40 K.P.H, that was until it came into some corners, swayed like a drunken Sailer so we got passed it when the driver pulled over for a rest, I bet his arms were aching by then. Cheers kiwijim .

Thanks for that link, love some of the pics. It reminded me that there was an early 30's Chev truck with a waetherboard shack on the back in the Nambour area in the early nineties, don't know hat happened to it after the owner died. There are also some interesting version in the flinders ranges

There are definitely some interesting contraptions on there. I would imagine that follow that monster of a thing would be a tad scary, especially on a bendy road Jim.
