So would you think 20 vans were there?
The fact that you had such a good time, might suggest VV & CC can share more M & G's together.
I'm now glad I've booked into the Nationals next year.

I think there was 18 or 19 vans, I would happily go away with them again....my wife said she has never felt so welcome into a group as we did on the weekend.

Classic vans have always been welcome to any events held in SEQ. Also VV Nationals we have had members from CC join in.
So don't be shy.
Cheers Bob and Jacqui.

The lovely thing this year so far as Locky has discovered, like i did among the South Aussie events, is how welcomming the VV crowd are to the Classic newbies. Shared passion for adventure with quality helps... the fun part seals the deal. Lawrence will now really know what i said about show & tell when we chatted inside mine when we SEQ bashed recently. I should have taken an interior shot of the Arrow in "chaos mode" and posted it on the VV How should we display a caravan thred, in answer to the we just all do our thing there is no right or wrong responce!

oooh wow! your seriously south. When did this happen? Left Cairns on the 28th of January, not sure when we will be back in Cairns. Loving the cool weather here. Looks like we will be on the road again this week, heading towards Kiama.

Ha ha ha, atog... I go to Cairns for a holiday a few years back, hoping to catch up with you during that time...and you ended down in Bowen working. NOW you're about to head through my territory, and I'm up in South West Rocks at the Vintage Nationals! Do you think there's someone trying to stop us meeting after knowing each other on this forum for eight years?! How weird is this coincidence? Happy travels. Cheers, Al.

Hi gents, I wasn't planning to be in Victoria at all. But a jeweller here made an offer I couldn't refuse. Having worked for him 2 months, I see why he couldn't keep staff. We came down via inland nsw and vic. New England Highway in parts, through Albury Wodonga, Bendigo etc. Will be in the Kiama area next week for a job trial. Not sure where we will be staying until we get there. Will keep you all informed. Al we will get to meet. I'll be in the area for at least a week or two. Bobt, sorry mate, must have passed through the area you live in. Could have ragged you about uas in person.... Cheers Atog

Ok atog
just gunna quote that kiwi fella..
UAS will become the project of either the 5 month old Grand son or the 3yr Grand Daughter (she likes wood working tools) unless I can get on top of the other things that have priority..
So you have the good looking one with you too. Good luck with the hunt for some work.

I,m in Wagga Showgrounds tonight retrieving my daughters caravan & 4wd from Tassy due to a separation, Picking up Morris Minor body parts tomorrow ( where will they fit) for a good friend , then checking out the Mustangs new wife in about 2 days time.
This Jayco Outback has towed like a dream 110 genuine kms per hour no problem. Visited my 90 yo auntie this morning who took great delight in sending me up in the fact that her team Melb, beat my team The Tigers last night. So that's where I am on the road . Cheers Brent

Sadly Bob we made a dash for home and got back to Cairns on Saturday. Raining humid Cairns. Been cutting grass and trimming trees for three days. Then setting up the workshop again. Heart's not in working at the moment. Give me a cool to chilly Victoria any day. ?
